DrMOS + Smart Power Stages (SPS)
AOZ5007AQI is a 30A efficient DrMOS module in 3.5 mm x 4.5 mm QFN-22L package. It uses PWM and FCCM inputs for accurate control of the power MOSFETs switching activities. It is compatible with 3V and 5V logic and supports Tri-State PWM. The Low-Side MOSFET can be driven into diode emulation mode to provide asynchronous operation and improve light-load performance.
