AOZ6643DI是一款18V输入、3A同步降压稳压器，采用散热增强型DFN3x3封装。电源开关具有低导通阻抗，高压MOS侧为80mΩ，低压MOS侧为30mΩ。它能够输出高达15W的功率，输出电压可低至0.8V，开关频率为500kHz。特点是具有脉冲能量模式（PEM），以便在轻负载条件下实现高效率。
