AOZ6762DI是一款18V输入、2A同步降压稳压器，采用散热增强型DFN3x3封装。电源开关的导通阻抗高压MOS侧为145mΩ，低压MOS侧为90mΩ。能够输出高达10W的功率，输出电压可调至0.6V，开关频率为1.25MHz。最小接通时间30 ns，允许极低的占空比操作。具有是脉冲能量模式（PEM），在轻负载条件下实现高效率。
