ECPower™ Type C Protection Switch
The AOZ1390DI-01 ideal diode switch is intended for applications that require reverse current protection and “Power ORing” supply configuration. The input operating voltage range is between 3.3 V and 23 V, and both VIN and VOUT terminals are rated at 30 V Absolute Maximum. The AOZ1390DI-01 provides under-voltage lockout, over-voltage, and over-temperature protection. The FLTB pin flags thermal shutdown, short circuit protection and over-voltage faults.
