Active Bridge Drivers
The AlphaZBL is a 600V product series that is an active bridge solution. AlphaZBL controls the external/internal N-channel MOSFET to replace a diode when used in an AC/DC diode-bridge application. The AlphaZBL product series can help to reduce power consumption and heat dissipation and it is self-powered system that does not require an additional voltage supply.
