AOZ5016QI is a 55A high power DrMOS module in 5 mm x 5 mm QFN-31L package. It uses PWM and FCCM inputs for accurate control of the power MOSFETs switching activities. It is compatible with 3V and 5V logic and supports Tri-State PWM. The Low-Side MOSFET can be driven into diode emulation mode to provide asynchronous operation and improve light-load performance.
