Alpha and Omega Semiconductor offers entire portfolios of power stage products that combine the Integrated Driver IC and MOSFETs into a single package for a multiphase Voltage Regulator. Smart Power Stage uses advanced Driver IC to provide high accuracy current and thermal monitoring information to the system. DrMOS products feature high robustness High-Side MOSFET to handle the extreme current during fast load transient typical for CPU and GPU. Ideal for notebook computers, high-performance motherboards, added-In graphic cards, servers, data storage, and networking systems applications.
