DrMOS + Smart Power Stages (SPS)

AOZ5279QI-01 is a 60A high-power SPS module in 5 mm x 6 mm QFN-39L package for mobile GPU applications. It features 3% typical IMON output with 5mV/A gain, and 2% TMON signal with 8mV/C slope. It uses PWM and OCSET/ZCD inputs for accurate control of the power MOSFETs switching activities. Protection features: over-current reporting, over-temperature reporting, negative current limit, and Output Pre-OVP. It is compatible with 3V logic and supports Tri-State PWM. The Low-Side MOSFET can be driven into diode emulation mode to provide asynchronous operation and improve light-load performance.
