DrMOS + Smart Power Stages (SPS)

AOZ5516QI-02 is a 55A high power DrMOS module in QFN5x5 package. It uses PWM and FCCM inputs for accurate control of the power MOSFETs switching activities. It is compatible with 3V and 5V logic and supports Tri-State PWM. The Low-Side MOSFET can be driven into diode emulation mode to provide asynchronous operation and improve light-load performance. A thermal warning output is available for over-temperature condition.
