The AOZ1281DI is a 26V input, 1.8A non-synchronous buck regulator in a thermally-enhanced DFN2x2 package. It offers a wide input range from 3V to 26V, and the output voltage is adjustable down to 0.8V. It features a fixed 1.5MHz PWM switching frequency enabling the use of a small inductor size.
