The AOZ2263VQI-01 is a high-efficiency, easy-to-use DC/DC synchronous buck regulators capable of operation from a 4V to 28V input bus. The device is capable of supplying 12A of continuous output current with an output voltage adjustable from 1.05V to 1.125V by controlling VID0 and VID1 signals
