EZBuck™ DC-DC Buck Regulators
The AOZ2388QI is a high-efficiency, easy-to-use DC/DC synchronous buck regulator that operates up to 25V. The device is capable of supplying 25A of continuous output current with an output voltage adjustable down to 0.6V (±1.0%).

Features
- Wide input voltage range
- 5.5V to 25V if internal LDO supply VCC
- 4V to 25V if external VCC supply - 25A continuous output current
- Output voltage adjustable from 0.6 V ±1.0%
