EZBuck™ DC-DC Buck Regulators

The AOZ6604PI is a 18V input, 4A Synchronous buck regulator in a thermally enhanced SO-8 package. It has low on resistance for power switches, 55mΩ for High-Side and 28mΩ for Low-Side. The output voltage is adjustable down to 0.8V and the switching frequency is 600kHz. It features Pulse Energy Mode (PEM) to enable high efficiency in light load conditions.
