EZBuck™ DC-DC Buck Regulators

The AOZ6643DI is a 18V input, 3A Synchronous buck regulator in a thermally enhanced DFN3x3 package. It has low on resistance for power switches, 80mΩ for High-Side and 30mΩ for Low-Side. It is capable to output power up to 15W. The output voltage is adjustable down to 0.8V and the switching frequency is 500kHz. It features Pulse Energy Mode (PEM) to enable high efficiency in light load conditions.
