EZBuck™ DC-DC Buck Regulators

The AOZ6663DI-01 is a 18V input, 3 A Synchronous buck regulator in a thermally enhanced DFN3x3 package. It has on resistance for power switches, 145mΩ for High-Side and 80mΩ for Low-Side. It features an automatic Pulse Energy Mode (PEM) to enable high efficiency in light load conditions when VOUT > 4V. It is capable to output power up to 15W. The output voltage is adjustable down to 0.6V and the switching frequency is 750kHz.
