EZBuck™ DC-DC Buck Regulators
The AOZ6689CI is a 18V input, 3A Synchronous buck regulator in a compact SOT23 package. It has on resistance for power switches, 110mΩ for High-Side and 55mΩ for Low-Side. It is capable to output power up to 10W. The output voltage is adjustable down to 0.8V and the switching frequency is 750kHz. It features Pulse Energy Mode (PEM) to enable high efficiency in light load conditions.
