EZBuck™ DC-DC Buck Regulators

The AOZ6763DI is a 18V input, 3A Synchronous buck regulator in a thermally enhanced DFN3x3 package. It has on resistance for power switches, 145mΩ for High-Side and 80mΩ for Low-Side. It is capable to output power up to 15W. The output voltage is adjustable down to 0.6V and the switching frequency is 1.25MHz. 30ns Minimum on time allows very low duty cycle operation. It features Pulse Energy Mode (PEM) to enable high efficiency in light load conditions.
