The AOZ1363DI is a 16V load switch capable of supplying 6A of continuous current in a 3 mm x 3 mm DFN-12L package. It features current limiting protection and current monitor output at 10% accuracy. The device employs an externally programmable soft-start circuitry to control inrush current due to highly capacitive loads associated with hot-plug events. It has low quiescent current of 400µA and 10µA at shutdown. Additional protections such as input over-voltage protection and thermal shutdown are included.
