The AOS half-bridge driver power stage product series integrates a half-bridge gate driver, high/low side N-channel MOSFET and includes protections to make the system more robust. The driver's special slew control function allows users to adjust the source and sink current of the gate driver to achieve the purpose of suppressing EMI. The half-bridge structure is flexible and can be used for the most basic buck and boost converters. If two half-bridge structures are used to form a full bridge, it can be applied to wireless charger transmitters, brushed motors, and single-phase DC brushless motors or wireless chargers. Three half-bridges can drive three-phase DC brushless motors, and even two full-bridge architectures can drive stepper motors.
