The AOZ97774 is high performance dual-channel 3+1 digital controller designed to power processors, ASICs, or FPGAs. All required parameters are programmable through PMBus™ interface and is compliant to Intel® VR13 processor requirements. The controller can store up to 15 custom configurations and up to 31 output voltage setting, which are selected by pinstrapping. The device is available in a 5 mm x 5 mm QFN-40L package.
