General Purpose ESD Protection
Alpha and Omega Semiconductor designed our advanced High Current Surge TVS to prevent electronic equipment from malfunctioning or being damaged due to EOS (Electrical Over Stress). These High Current Surge TVS products offer effective electronic circuit protection against EOS (condition: 8/20µs) threats on power rails, USB2.0, and Ethernet. The industrial standard test condition is IEC61000-4-5 (8/20µs).
