High-Speed Interface ESD Protection

Our ESD TVS products are designed to prevent electronic equipment from malfunctioning or being damaged due to ESD. Featuring super/ultra-low capacitance, Alpha and Omega Semiconductor ESD TVS products help protect super/high-speed interfaces such as Thunderbolt 4.0/3.0, USB4.0/3.2/3.1/3.0, HDMI2.1/2.0, V by One and USB2.0. We also offer other capacitance levels that are well-suited to protect low-speed interfaces and power rails such as I2C and RS232. The industrial standard test condition is IEC61000-4-2.
