The AOZ1356DI-06 is a programmable current-limited over-voltage protection switch in 3 mm x 3 mm DFN-12L package for applications sourcing current to USB Type-C port. The input operating voltage range is between 3.6V and 5.3V and the output terminal VOUT is capable to withstand up to 28V absolute maximum. Typical on resistance is 39mΩ and low quiescent current of 125µA. It support Fast Role Swap (FRS) feature. It features True Reverse-Current Blocking (TRCB) protection to avoid undesired reverse-current from VOUT to VIN. AOZ1356DI-06 will latch off when fault is detected.
