ECPower™ Type C Protection Switch
The AOZ1358LI-01 is a programmable current-limited over-voltage protection switch in WLCSP package for applications sourcing current to USB Type-C port. The input operating voltage range is between 3.4V and 5.5V and the output terminal VOUT is capable to withstand up to 28V absolute maximum. Typical on resistance is 34mΩ and low quiescent current of 125µA. It support Fast Role Swap (FRS) feature. It features Ideal Diode True Reverse-Current Blocking (IDTRCB) protection to avoid undesired reverse-current from VOUT to VIN. AOZ1358LI-01 have auto restart recovery when fault is detected.
