The AOZ1374DI-02 is a programming current limiting over-voltage protection switch with True Reverse Current Blocking (TRCB) in DFN3x3 10-pin package for applications source current to USB Type-C port. The operating voltage range is between 3.4V and 23V with 28V absolute maximum rating at VIN and VOUT. Typical on resistance is 34mΩ and capable for DC current up to 3.5A. The programmable soft-start circuit controls inrush current for highly capacitive loads. Precision enable thresold can be used as programmable Input Under-Voltage Lock Out (UVLO). AOZ1374DI-02 will latch off when fault is detected.
