The AOZ1375DI-02 is a selectable over-voltage protection bi-directional switch in 3 mm x 3 mm DFN-12L package for USB OTG applications. It can function to sink current from VBUS to VINT or source current from VINT to VBUS with programmable current limit. The operating voltage range is between 3.4V and 23V with 28V absolute maximum rating at VBUS and VINT. Typical on resistance is 17.8mΩ and capable for peak current up to 20A. The programmable soft-start circuit controls inrush current for highly capacitive loads. AOZ1375DI-02 will latch off when fault is detected.
