ECPower™ Type C Protection Switch

The AOZ1376DI-02 is an over-voltage protection switch with True Reverse Current Blocking (TRCB) in 3 mm x 3 mm DFN-12L package for applications sinking current from USB Type-C port. The operating voltage range is between 3.4V and 22V and 28V absolute maximum rating at VIN and VOUT. Typical on resistance is 20mΩ and capable for DC current up to 5A. The programmable soft-start circuit controls inrush current for highly capacitive loads. AOZ1376DI-02 will latch off when fault is detected.
