ECPower™ Type C Protection Switch
Status: New
AOZ13938DI is protection switch intended for applications that require reverse current protection. The input operating voltage range is from 3.4 V to 32 V, and both VIN and VOUT terminals are rated at 39 V absolute maximum. The power switch is capable for 20 A surge current for 10 ms. AOZ13938DI provides under-voltage lockout, over-voltage, reverse-current, and over-temperature protection. The FLTB pin flags thermal shutdown and over-voltage faults.
