The AOZ13984DI-02 is an over-voltage protection switch with Ideal Diode True Reverse Current Blocking (IDTRCB) in 3 mm x 3 mm DFN-12L package for applications sinking current from USB Type-C port. The operating voltage range is between 3.4V and 22V and 28V absolute maximum rating at VIN and VOUT. Typical on resistance is 33mΩ and capable for peak current up to 15A. Active SOA management during the startup to protect the system from fault situations. The programmable soft-start circuit controls inrush current for highly capacitive loads. AOZ13984DI-02 will latch off when fault is detected.
